“The Future of Ideas” offers patent, copyright and trademark holders the opportunity to put their work up for sale. This website will give the seller the ability to have his ownership displayed and viewed in an open market. Sellers also have the option, if necessary, to access patenting, trade marking, or copyrighting services.
The attorney and application fees are $840.00 for trade marking, and $150.00 to $250.00 for copyrighting. For patenting, fees vary depending on the nature of the work. Attorney and application fees are subject to change. “The Future of Ideas” will charge sellers 10% of the attorney and application fees, in order to cover the service we provide to have your work ensured.
Of course some works may not qualify for the website, which is why we recommend you send us an e-mail or mail your work to us on paper or on disk. Always make sure you have a second copy. Never send your only copy. We are not obligated to send the copy back.

We do not give estimates on the value of your work. The seller has the option to put his works on two different website pages. The standard page is work which is priced at $10,000. The second page is for work with any other pricing made at the owner's request.
Once the work is sold for the price it is final. “The Future of Ideas” will receive 10% of the selling price. There will also be a fee that is undisclosed for validating the work and ensuring the ownership. You will be notified of the attorney fees. If you decide to accept, payment must be made prior to listing the work for sale on the site. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to “The Future of Ideas.” There will also be an additional charge by “The Future of Ideas” of 10% of the attorney fees.
The works will be listed on the website for 1 year at no cost to the seller. After the period of a year, the seller will be charged $9.99 a month to continue to have the work listed for sale. If payment is available then it will be charged, other wise the seller will be notified. If the seller does not make or refuses to make payment, then the work will be removed from the website.
The buyer may submit his information, and send it through the mail or email. An application will be provided. You may make a purchase with a credit card or personal check. Once the approval is made then the ownership of the patent is transferred. The buyer may not have his money refunded once the purchase has been made. He may, however, subsequently put it up for sale.
